One of the things I am really proud of at Watson Wyatt is our long history of developing our associates, at all levels in the organisation. We set very high standards and watching our new recruits take up the challenge and build successful careers is really satisfying.

We start by providing the necessary building blocks through formal training as well as informal learning opportunities. Our associates then build on that knowledge through a variety of interesting on-the-job challenges with daily access to our most senior consultants.
