Watson Wyatt's Actuarial & Employee Benefits Consulting team
provides consulting and actuarial advice on all aspects of superannuation, insurance
and employee benefits.
Watson Wyatt provides totally independent advice—we do not
have our own investment or insurance products. Our team partners with clients to
effectively manage their superannuation funds. We keep each client's fund up to
date with legislative and competitive practice. And we monitor their fund's financial
position to ensure it remains financially sound.
Our consulting services include:
- Actuarial services—providing advice on superannuation
financing issues, ensuring compliance with various accounting standards, asset
liability management/modelling, building retirement and other calculators and
projectors, and valuing long service leave liabilities and share options.
- Benefit and fund design—providing advice on benefits
that are flexible and attractive.
- Public sector services—providing specialist actuarial
and consulting services designed to meet the specific needs of public sector
