Brief Description:
As companies’ drive to become more competitive comes the realization that the composition must evolve to support the requirements of the business. Research has shown that the more effective companies have a closer link between compensation and business performance and utilize their variable pay plans as drivers of change. This course presents the objectives, principles, and practices that provide the foundation on which variable plans are designed, implemented and managed. The course would be most useful to those responsible for setting compensation policy and for managing the implementation of such policy.
Topic Outline
