January 2010 HR Trends Survey — Singapore

Key findings from Watson Wyatt's research on the effect of the economic crisis on HR programmes in the US suggest that overall, cost-cutting actions appear to have peaked and most employers are anticipating the eventual recovery of the economy.

Many Singaporean companies who implemented a flurry of cost-cutting measures during the 2008-09 economic crisis are now planning to undo or unwind those cost-cutting measures in preparation for improved business performance.  Surely, HR professionals are now looking actively how 2010 will shape up and how to prepare pro-actively for the challenges that lie ahead.

We invite you to let Watson Wyatt be your strategic partner as we delve into the current HR trends and issues in Singapore. We hope you participate in the January 2010 HR Trends Survey and play a decisive role by contributing your data to the survey results.
