September 2009 HR Trends Survey — Singapore

Recent market sentiment seems to indicate that we have seen the worst of the downward spiral in the global economy and economic forecasts are looking more upbeat than before. Could this be the sign of 'green shoots' and more importantly, how would this affect organisations' human capital decisions

In our latest June Pulse Survey findings, more than 50 percent of the respondents felt that their companies' performance would only improve in 2010 or later. In addition, slightly less than half were unable to predict the future of their cost-cutting measures in the next 12 months.

In these uncertain times, let Watson Wyatt be your strategic partner as we delve into the current HR trends and issues in Singapore. We cordially invite you to participate in the 2009 September HR Trends Survey and play a decisive role by contributing your data to the survey results.

For a minimal participation fee, your involvement in the survey comes with the comprehensive 2009 September HR Trends Report and the Asia Pacific HR Updates Report. The HR Trends report package also includes one complimentary seat at the full-day Annual Human Capital Conference on 16 October 2009.
