  1. What is the HR Trends Survey?
    The HR Trends Survey is a quarterly, easy-to-complete survey aimed at providing HR and business managers the latest information on key HR trends, important developments and market perspectives on HR issues that impact the HR function and the business. The main topics to be covered in the report include:
     
    • Salary increase movements
    • Bonus payout trends
    • Employee attrition rates
    • Market perspectives on the latest HR issues that impact the business and HR function
     
  2. What types of reports are available in the HR Trends Survey and what information is covered?

    - HR Trends Report - Singapore covers salary and bonus payout trends and hot HR issues for all industries in Singapore. Information per industry classification and at various employee levels will be available in the same report.

    - Asia Pacific Trends Overview provides a snapshot of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, salary and bonus trends at each location, with commentaries on key issues.

    In addition to the reports, the Annual Human Capital Conference slides, which include the case studies and additional materials by guest speakers, will be available online within the next week after the briefing.
     
  3. How long will it take to complete the HR Trends Survey?
    The survey should take between 20 to 30 minutes to complete, depending on how familiar you are with key salary and bonus payout practices in your own organization.
     
  4. How will the survey be conducted?
    You will be invited to participate in the survey via an email invitation which includes the questionnaire in Microsoft Excel format. Once the questionnaire has been completed, email the file back to us at dataservices.sg@watsonwyatt.com. We will then contact you if we have any clarifications on your questionnaire.
     
  5. How much will the HR Trends Update Survey cost? Will it be available to non-participants?
    The Participation Fee inclusive of the Annual Human Capital conference for one representative is S$200.00 (excluding GST at prevailing tax). A softcopy (PDF format) of this report will be made available to participating companies that submit the completed questionnaire before the deadline.

    For Non-Participants, a PDF copy of the survey report inclusive of the HR Trends Briefing is available at S$350.00 (excluding GST at prevailing tax).

    For Additional Representatives who wish to attend the briefing, the participation fee is @ S$150 per person (excluding GST at prevailing tax).
     
  6. I wish to take part and my company has not received an invitation to participate in this survey. What should I do?

In your email, please include details of your full name, designation, direct phone contact, and full company name. If the survey participation period is closed, we will include your contact information in our mailing list and you will receive our invitation to take part in our next survey.
