Survey Methodology
Data Collection: Designed to be easy and intuitive,
our web-based survey questionnaire allows clients to enter their
data at any time during the data collection period. Simply click
on the link supplied in the email invitation to bring you to the
survey form. You can also download a copy of the questionnaire
to help you in the preparation of the survey. Data
Validation: As with all Watson Wyatt surveys, the quality of
information is paramount. To ensure that data entered is valid, we
employ a robust process to ensure data integrity. The web survey
questionnaire has built-in validation rules to ensure that common data
entry errors are avoided by respondents. Further, all collected
information are thoroughly reviewed by Watson Wyatt consultants and
validated with participants as necessary before data analysis.
Report Generation: All information will be processed centrally to
ensure consistency of methodology. In addition, local Watson Wyatt
consultants will analyze/review the data and prepare write-ups to
ensure that local issues are addressed. Participants will be notified
upon completion of the study, and will be able to download the survey
results they have subscribed to from the appropriate site.
