India’s Employer of Choice Awards 2007
Watson Wyatt along with CNBC-TV18, India’s leading business television
network has instituted India’s Employer of Choice Awards 2007. This
initiative will benchmark the better against the best in the country and
will reward the companies who have managed to evolve, innovate and adapt
themselves so as to set new standards in people practices not only in
India but also across the world.
The winners will be selected through a unique three-phase judging
process, based on a combination of criteria including the Employee
Perspective, The Employer perspective and the CEO/CXO perspective. The
Employee Perspective will capture Employee Engagement and employees’
perception of their organisation; The Employer perspective will explore
the challenges of the changing landscape of business; having a focused
approach towards measuring and building people capabilities and building a
strong foundation of measuring and rewarding performance. The CEO/CXO
perspective will explore the value that the organisation perceives of the
Human Capital team.
The winners of these prestigious awards will be felicitated at a gala
awards ceremony in Mumbai.
