Analysis of Cash Compensation

This section shows pay data from lower decile to upper decile, and allowances and bonuses are in actual amounts and as a percentage of basic salary. The grade is established through application of the global Grade System (GGS), a job evaluation tool developed by Watson Wyatt. Each position includes:
