Stage 1: Application

We seek a balance between strong academic achievement, evidence of excellent written communications skills, enthusiasm, maturity, a commitment to a career with Watson Wyatt.

Stage 2: HR Interview

Short-listed candidates will be invited for a 30 to 40-minute face to face interview at the Watson Wyatt Beijing office.

Stage 3: Practice Leader Interview

Potential candidates will proceed to Stage 3 for a meeting with the Practice Leader and/or other senior members of the office. At this stage you will have an opportunity to know more about Watson Wyatt and explore how you may build up a successful career with Watson Wyatt.

Stage 4: Offer Confirmation

Successful candidates will then receive an offer for graduate entry employment or internship offer (not yet graduate). For those who join as interns, you may have the opportunities to join the Watson Wyatt after graduation.
