We seek a balance between strong academic achievement, evidence of excellent written communications skills, enthusiasm, maturity, a commitment to a career with Watson Wyatt.
Stage 2: HR Interview
Short-listed candidates will be invited for a 30 to 40-minute face to face interview on campus or at the Watson Wyatt Beijing office.
Stage 3: Practice Leader Interview
Potential candidates will proceed to Stage 3 for a meeting with the Practice Leader and/or other senior members of the office. At this stage you will have an opportunity to know more about Watson Wyatt and explore how you may build up a successful career with Watson Wyatt.
Stage 4: Offer Confirmation
Successful candidates will then receive an employment offer at entry level. You may have the opportunities to join the Watson Wyatt after graduation.
