Our Total Rewards SurveyTM offers a holistic perspective of the value of jobs in the marketplace. Using actuarially anchored methods for quantifying major benefits and perquisites, the notional amount calculated for non-cash items plus the cash component provide a total remuneration view of a job’s market value.
