Get value for value: Be a winner with our Total Rewards Survey!

Watson Wyatt’s Total Rewards Survey continues to provide unparalleled service to free you from unnecessary second-guessing. With an unmatched market expertise backed by an ever-expanding pool of resources, we answer the question of what you need and how you need it.

What exactly is it that our company needs?

The dynamics of a changing economy underline the need for organizations to move in sync within a rapidly changing business environment. To adapt well to the times and keep ahead of the competition, companies need up-to-date market information on employment practices and people management. Watson Wyatt’s Total Rewards Survey or TRS is your organization’s primary step in making that critical decision.

The TRS is a study of Compensation and Benefits programs among major companies in the market. Our report details market remuneration packages for a wide range of benchmarks, from Chief Executive down to entry level clerk across a broad spectrum of job families in the Philippines. We follow a total remuneration approach, a tested and accepted method in which major benefits and perquisites are quantified and undergo rigorous checking to ensure validity and reliability of data.

What’s in store for us as a TRS subscriber?

  • Richness and precision of market data. Having the largest database of company information in the Philippines, we paint you a concise and comprehensive picture of the overall market landscape.
  • Flexibility. Because we know no two companies are alike, we have your needs only in our best interest with our tailored reports and analyses.
  • Tradition of strategic service. Every year we faithfully deliver results to a network of key market players who leverage our strategic market information in their developmental campaigns.

How total a picture does the TRS paint?

Our database of participants is the largest in the Philippines, with information from over 200 of the leading employers in vital sectors such as banking and finance, consumer products and manufacturing, information technology, energy, insurance, pharmaceutical, semiconductors and electronics, quick service restaurants and telecommunications. With such a comprehensive source base, TRS participants are sure to find the companies that they need to benchmark with here.

Exactly how will we be getting the kind of information that we need?

We understand the need of companies for specific market comparisons. Hence, apart from receiving an overview of the market through the general industry reports, TRS participants are given free rein in choosing Target Market Groups or TMGs that cover companies or industries that they wish to get competitive information from.

What kind of data can we expect from the TRS?
