We want to ensure that the administration of your retirement funds is done as
smoothly as possible that’s why we provide services in the area of defined
contribution fund administration, working with companies to install and maintain
their defined contribution administration system. During the installation
process, we customize the system based on the retirement plan provisions,
establish database records, and assist companies in the guidelines and the
administrative forms to be used. We also assist in maintaining the fund on a
month-to-month basis. This involves maintaining the database and updating it
regularly, recording contributions made of behalf of each member, determine net
income allocation and reconciling fund balances both individually and the group
as a whole.
We are also able to assist companies in calculations towards non-routine events
such as employees who leave the company. Finally, we also help the company in
other administration issues that come up in the course of implementation.
