Our annual Top Executive Total Rewards Survey (TRS) is designed to provide a rich and comprehensive source of information to companies to help them assess their executive pay programmes, keep track of international trends and best practices in executive pay management and related issues.

As the premier data services provider with one of the longest Asian history, Watson Wyatt offers the most extensive list of clients in terms of quality and quantity across every major market. The Top Executive Total Rewards Survey has received positive responses over the years, with the number of participants being doubled from year 2004 to almost 60 participants in 2005. More than 800 top executive were surveyed from reputable local and international companies in Singapore.

The Top Executive Total Rewards Survey focuses on top performing local and multi-national companies in Singapore. In 2004, over half of the participating companies reported international presence and close to 20% of the participating companies reported over USD 2 billion in revenue.
