The Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey

The Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey offers a holistic perspective of the value of jobs in the marketplace. Using actuarially anchored methods for quantifying major benefits and perquisites, the notional amount calculated for non-cash items plus the cash component provide a total remuneration view of a job’s market value.

The Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey uses survey benchmark jobs across the Asia Pacific region, with regional and industry-specific positions. These jobs are evaluated and graded using Watson Wyatt’s Global Grading System. The global grades help companies assess job size and validate the fit of their job matches.

Results of the Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey are delivered via our on-line survey tools, Watson Wyatt Compass.

Tools & Products Our Total Rewards Surveys (TRS) are supported by our web-based technology tool - COMPASS™ - which is a complete system that handles data entry, data validation, processing, and report generation.
