The Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey™ offers a holistic perspective of the value of jobs in the marketplace. Using actuarially anchored methods for quantifying major benefits and perquisites, the notional amount calculated for non-cash items plus the cash component provide a total remuneration view of a job’s market value.

The Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey™ uses survey benchmark jobs across the Asia Pacific region, with regional and industry-specific positions. These jobs are evaluated and graded using Watson Wyatt’s Global Grading System™. The global grades help companies assess job size and validate the fit of their job matches.

Results of the Watson Wyatt Total Rewards Survey™ are delivered via our on-line survey tools, Watson Wyatt Compass™.

Our Total Rewards Surveys (TRS) are supported by our web-based technology tool - COMPASS™ - which is a complete system that handles data entry, data validation, processing, and report generation.

Watson Wyatt Compass TM will enable you to:

• Select companies in the database to create a Target Market Group (TMG) to compare data against your own organization.
