Data Services (Total Rewards Surveys)

We help clients understand market trends in the design and administration of remuneration packages. Through our deep expertise in human resources, we are able to provide professional consulting services to leading national and multi-national companies in vital sectors such as consumer products, power/energy, insurance, pharmaceutical, financial services, telecommunications, etc.

The Total Rewards Survey is a study of Compensation and Benefits programs among major companies in the market. Our report details market remuneration packages for a wide range of benchmarks, from Chief Executive down to entry level clerk across a broad spectrum of job families in Thailand. We have an actuarial tested and accepted method for quantifying major benefits and perquisites – providing a truly complete picture of remuneration.

With our comprehensive collection of HR researches and studies, we provide our clients invaluable references to assist in the development and implementation of human resources programs related to compensation, benefits and employment practices. We also provide references on HR best practice research and tools to align human capital strategies with business goals.

Each benchmark job has also been evaluated and assigned a global grade using the Watson Wyatt’s Global Grading SystemTM. The Global Grading System is a proprietary job leveling tool that is used in Watson Wyatt surveys worldwide. This methodology ensures that jobs are matched consistency across the globe and provides a means to validate proper matching in terms of levels or job hierarchy.

To protect confidentiality, our survey system has built-in features that prevent isolation of individual data points. Our hard and software driven firewall also provides a fortified environment within which your sensitive data will be preserved.
