May 2000: Why Give Executives Benefits?

In previous Watson Wyatt Views we have discussed what is a reasonable retirement benefit. Obviously what is reasonable for one sector of our society may not be reasonable for another sector. We hold the view that many executives in Australia are not getting adequate retirement benefits.
