WorkChina™

Watson Wyatt began its WorkAsia initiative in 2003 with a pilot programme in China. WorkChina was at that time, and continues to be today, one of the largest and most comprehensive databases of its kind.

The WorkChina database now has nearly 80 companies and nearly 20,000 employees participating. WorkChina offers a unique look at the areas that drive commitment, alignment and enablement in China, as well as how Chinese employee attitudes differ from those around the region.
