What is WorkHongKong™?

Watson Wyatt has been dedicated for about 20 years internationally to employee attitudes study, first with the inaugural launch of WorkUSA® in 1987, and then with WorkAsia™ in 2004. We first launched WorkHongKong™ in November 2005, a comprehensive employee attitudes survey, which has helped more than 50 Hong Kong organizations to understand and improve their employee engagement. Our Hong Kong norm and Asia Pacific regional norm provide valuable insights to organizations in order to gauge their relative position in the market.
