WorkIndonesia™
WorkIndonesia is an integral component of WorkAsia. It is a very comprehensive
study conducted on employee attitudes in Indonesia, examining the three employee
indices: Commitment, Alignment and Enablement and the human resources practices
driving these measures.
Approximately 8,700 employees from 46 leading companies in Indonesia participated
in this study representing an employee base of almost 73,000 from 9 industries
contributing towards 9% of the total sample in the WorkAsia study.
