WorkMalaysia™
WorkMalaysia is an integral component of WorkAsia. It is the first most comprehensive
study ever conducted on employee attitudes in Malaysia, examining the three
employee indices: Commitment, Alignment and Enablement and the human resources
practices driving these measures.
Approximately 12,500 employees from 67 leading companies in Malaysia participated
in this study representing an employee base of over 35,000 from 11 industries
contributing towards 13% of the total sample in the WorkAsia study.
