WorkPhilippines™
WorkPhilippines is an integral component of WorkAsia. It is the first most
comprehensive study ever conducted on employee attitudes in the Philippines,
examining the three employee indices: Commitment, Alignment and Enablement and
the human resources practices driving these measures.
Over 16,000 employees from 70 leading companies in the Philippines participated
in this study representing an employee base of 55,000 from 11 industries contributing
towards 14% of the total sample in the WorkAsia study.
