WorkTaiwan™
WorkTaiwan is an integral component of WorkAsia. It is the only such study
ever conducted on employee attitudes in Taiwan, examining the three employee
indices: Commitment, Alignment and Enablement and the human resources practices
driving these measures.
WorkTaiwan involved about 14,000 employees from 72 premier companies across
Taiwan representing an employee base of nearly 49,000 from local and foreign-owned
enterprises in 14 industries contributing towards 16% of the total sample of
the WorkAsia study.
