Revised Accounting Standards – Barometer Falling
Employers should prepare for a deluge of new financial rules in April. Quebec Looks at Private Insurance…and Blinks
On February 16th, Quebec’s Ministry of Health and Social Services released a consultation document containing the province’s response to the SCC's decision in Chaoulli v. Quebec (Attorney General). It is unclear whether this is the type of limited response about the private sector's role in providing and paying for health care that the SCC – and the public – was expecting.
