Alberta To Require Funding Of LTD Benefits

Divisional Court Restores Superintendent’s Decision In Monsanto:
In a brief, unanimous decision released March 19, 20011, the Ontario Divisional Court2 overturned the Ontario Financial Services Tribunal’s (OFST) order dated April 14, 2000, and restored the Superintendent’s original decision rejecting Monsanto’s partial wind-up report.
