Draft OSC-FSCO Merger Legislation
On April 12, 2001, the Ontario Ministry of Finance released "Establishing a Single Financial Services Regulator: Consultation Draft." The Consultation Draft contains draft legislation for the proposed amalgamation of the Ontario Securities Commission and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
