Proposed Regulatory Guidelines For Electronic Communication In The Pension Industry
On May 25, 2001, the Canadian Association of Pension Supervisory Authorities (CAPSA) released a draft report entitled Proposed Regulatory Guidelines for Electronic Communication in the Pension Industry (Consultation Paper), for review and comment.

CAPSA Releases Draft Pension Governance Guideline and Implementation Tool
On May 25, 2001, the Canadian Association of Pension Supervisory Authorities (CAPSA) released a draft entitled CAPSA Pension Governance Guideline and Implementation Tool for review and comment. The Guideline is designed to provide "a broad, flexible outline of key pension governance principles," while the Implementation Tool is intended to "help pension plans adopt the governance principles set out" in the Guideline.
