Benefits Database The COMPARISON Canada database maintains current benefit plan information on salaried and hourly employees for more than 400 plans, representing a broad cross-section of industries, geographic locations and company sizes. Plan provisions are collected for retirement, health and welfare, paid time off and work/life benefits. The COMPARISON database can help answer questions such as: What is the average employee cost share for medical and dental benefits? What is the average coverage for drug plans? What types of retirement plans do my competitors have?
