Induction
All new associates in the European Region are invited to a two-day
induction programme. The event provides an introduction to Watson Wyatt, our values and our working practices. You will
also have the opportunity to become familiar with the IT systems
and general firm wide processes. It is also an excellent opportunity
for you to network with associates and other new joiners to the
firm.
Reviewing your Performance
The performance review and planning cycle is designed to look at
your performance and overall contribution to the firm. Feedback
is provided through our 360º performance review cycle and may
include feedback from clients as well as associates that you work
with directly.
Broadening your Experience
Each year you will have an individual career development review
which allows you to consider how your knowledge and skills are developing
and how your career is progressing. The review will help to identify
gaps in your development and enable you to create specific development
plans. It will also give you the opportunity to think about where
you are going with your career overall.

Qualifications
We encourage associates to build on their professional knowledge
and technical competence. In cases where study is of direct benefit
to the firm, we will support you financially. We also provide you
with practical help and, if necessary, time off to allow you to
study for exams. In some cases we will reward exam success with
a salary increase or bonus payment.
