Benefits Group

With acknowledged strengths in retirement, healthcare, risk consulting and benefits communication, both in the UK and overseas, the Benefits Group attracts clients from the full spectrum of employers and governmental organisations. We also address the issues of employee benefits during mergers and acquisitions and help our clients to introduce greater flexibility in the provision of benefits to their employees. The Benefits Group advises 52 of the UK's 100 largest pension funds (Source: Pension Funds and their Advisers 2002 edition). This is more than our next five nearest competitors combined.

Our aim is to create cost-effective retirement and benefit programmes that help attract, retain and motivate a workforce. We provide a wide range of services that are focused on meeting the needs of our clients and, in delivering these services, we work closely with other Practices in the firm including Investment, Pensions Administration and the Human Capital. Our aim is to develop and deliver solutions that not only meet the highest actuarial standards, but also add value to our clients. This focus was recognised when we were awarded the Pensions and Benefits Consultancy of the year award at the 2002 UK Pensions Awards.

Joining this group offers the chance to apply your expertise in broad-ranging, leading-edge projects, which often cross Practice boundaries and go beyond pure actuarial consulting. The opportunities to innovate are exceptional within all six teams that make up the group.
