Introduction

It is now well established that effective HR strategies have a real and quantifiable impact on organisational success across all sectors; public, private and not for profit.
Our aim in organising these prestigious Awards is to identify the best current examples of HR excellence while recognising and rewarding the hard work and ingenuity that went into them. The Awards also facilitate the development of benchmarks that others can apply, thus creating a dynamic for the continued growth and development of HRM in Ireland.
