The company introduced a new company-wide performance management process and system called “Talentmax”, which created a more dynamic and proactive opportunity for dialogue about performance and development. Measurement of employee reaction showed a much improved appreciation of what performance management can achieve. The feedback was also used to develop and improve the system going forward.
