"AGM season trends and the economic impact"

During the seminar in June, as well as providing an opportunity to network with colleagues in the industry, we will again share our research, information and approach to executive compensation design and governance.
At our June seminar we will consider:
- AGM season trends and information (including directors disclosure information), ABI and NAPF trends, voting information and analysis of new long-term incentive plans
- Reactions and moves in executive pay in response to the downturn in the economy;
- whether there has been any change in pay focus balancing more pay in short term or cash based vehicles
- the reduction of performance targets for long- and short-term plans
- changes in performance measures
- Research on performance share plan vesting levels for 2007.
