As the traditional role of the reward function changes to align itself closer to the goals of the business, so the skills required to meet these challenges are also evolving.
Today's reward function is expected to deliver greater value in positioning the organisation to recruit and retain top talent whilst controlling reward spend and improving the return on investment.
To help meet these needs Watson Wyatt has launched the Reward Academy. This series of workshops, covering the key areas of expertise essential in an effective reward function, are founded on the realities of reward in practice. Each contains a mix of fundamental principles, practical tools and techniques, real-life case studies, along with the opportunity for participants to share experiences.
The structure and style of each workshop provides for discussion and debate amongst delegates, and practical exercises provide the opportunity to learn with others and share ideas and experiences. The workshops are led by consultants with a wealth of experience working with multinational organisations and active in the field of reward management.
