Accreditation levels

The Academy structure is modular based, enabling delegates to focus on those skills that meet their specific needs and to achieve a Master accreditation in Reward Management.

Entry Level

  • Salary Management Training

Competent Level

Either: Reward Management Training;

or Salary Management Training plus one of the following:

  • Managing International Reward
  • Sales Compensation Training
  • Executive Reward Master Class

Master Level

Reward Management Training, plus one of the following:

  • Managing International Reward
  • Sales Compensation Training
  • Executive Reward Master Class

On completion of the course, participants will receive accreditation that they have attended courses covering a comprehensive range of topics related to reward management.

By completing the Master accreditation in Reward Management, participants will:

  • Understand where reward fits in the context of wider HR and business strategy.
  • Have an understanding of the key elements that need consideration in developing an effective reward strategy.
  • Have an understanding of the key parties involved in developing the fundamental elements of reward.
  • See how effective reward management can deliver value to the business.
  • Be able to apply relevant tools and techniques in their own business.
