Please make note of the following...

Registration and joining instructions

Your place on your requested course will be automatically confirmed on the submission of the registration form. You will receive joining instructions 21 days prior to the date of your event which will contain confirmation of venue, dates and timings, a map and any other relevant information regarding your course. If you do not receive joining instructions 21 days before the event please contact:

Payment

You will be invoiced at the address provided, and full payment is required prior to the start of the course.

Transfers and cancellations

Any requests to transfer to a similar course should be received no later than five working days prior to the course start date. Each delegate will only be able to make one request to transfer their course date. This does not alter the invoice payment date.

Any requests to cancel will be treated as follows:

  • 28 days prior to the start date - no charge
  • less than 28 working days - no refund will be available.

Catering

All courses include refreshments throughout the day including lunch.

We should be notified of special dietary requirements prior to the start of the course.

Accommodation

Delegates are expected to take care of their own accommodation arrangements during the course, but we would be delighted to assist with locating suitable accommodation.
