Dividend Policy
The declaration and payment of dividends by the company is at the discretion of our Board of Directors and depends on numerous factors, including, without limitation, our net earnings, financial condition, availability of capital, debt covenant limitations and other business needs, including those of our subsidiaries and affiliates. On May 14, 2004, the companys Board of Directors approved the initiation of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.075 per share.
