Pension Fund Pooling Vehicles

Multinationals have long desired an investment vehicle which will enable them to combine all their worldwide or European pension investments into a single fund. It is a valid assumption that, rather than having pension funds in many different jurisdictions each with local rules and local personnel, multinational corporations would benefit from pooling their assets and managers; gains would include better performance and lower costs.
