Watson Wyatt launches international benefits tracking software

Greater globalisation of companies, more expatriates, and an emphasis on aligning performance to strategy mean that benefits managers are increasingly being asked to keep on top of what is going on in their organisation across multiple countries.

Watson Wyatt has recently launched new software to help make life easier for international benefits professionals who need to keep track of their employee benefits programmes in all countries around the world. The new system, BenTRACK, provides a range of functions to help multinational companies store and retrieve critical information relating to benefits in different countries. It also holds details of international financial and benefits accounting information for a company's plans and provides background information on social security, statutory requirements and typical benefits practices in over forty countries.

Further information on BenTRACK can be obtained by sending an email to Deborah Humphrey-Gaskin.
