Cyberspace - Helping To Create Global Links

The World Wide Web - the global network of information sites originally developed by CERN in Geneva - is changing the way that companies do business. The Web is no longer a plaything for the computer buff or games-crazy teenagers and which companies merely use as an advertising medium. The plethora of information bombarding people about this new technology has created new expectations on how to deal with companies to an extent that it is no longer an option to ignore 'the Web' as a medium for communicating with clients, potential customers and, increasingly, employees.
