Watson Wyatt’s Survey on Annual Benefits Enrollment finds that employers are incorporating a variety of health awareness programs and decisionsupport tools into their enrollment process through technology. Doing so is helping employers reduce the complexity of the process while also effectively reaching employees at the one time of the year when most are focused on their health care benefits.
