Grading:
The final stage is to determine the Global Grade. Job levels are determined by evaluating the job against seven factors.
Each of these factors (listed below) is described in a series of level descriptors and the grade of a job depends on which of the descriptors best fits the job content.
- Functional knowledge
- Business expertise
- Leadership
- Problem solving
- Nature of impact
- Area of impact
- Interpersonal skills.
These are generic factors to ensure that GGS can be applied throughout any organization globally, and to any job.
