What is CompTrack Online?

CompTrack Online is the electronic reporting tool for Towers Watson Data Services Compensation Surveys and Publications. It provides instant access to the latest compensation data, international reports and surveys, covering more than 95 countries across six continents.

It allows users to travel ‘paper-free’ and access compensation reports from any PC with Internet connection anywhere.

Global Grading Calculator

The GG Calculator allows clients to grade jobs using the Towers Watson Global Grading methodology. GG Calculator is a quick and precise desktop grade calculator.

The global grades generated by the calculator correlate with the global grades included in the Towers Watson compensation surveys providing a valuable reference when assessing the competitiveness of reward packages.

The Global Grading Calculator is also available as an internet application with an integrated job database.

 European Multiple Regression Analysis Module

When viewing a specific benchmark job, the regression-based interactive simulator gives the user a choice of criteria to include in the prediction of the most probable cash compensation package. Incumbent's experience, company sales turnover, number of employees, corporate structure and sector of activity can be defined. The tool is currently operational for a selected set of European countries PLUS Turkey.

Worldwide Taxation Module

This Comptrack Module is available at minimal extra cost with all reports, enabling you to compute net salaries from gross or estimate the probable cost to the employer for a single person, a married person and a married person with two children.

Market Compa-Ratio (new)

The new interactive market compa-ratio tool enables survey participants to compare their company data to the market in a quick and smart way. Is the remuneration package you offer in line with, below or above market practice?

Market Compa-Ratio offers different data comparison options. Company data can for example be compared to the market median, 60th or 75th percentile. Results can be viewed on screen or can be exported to Excel.

As a part of a report purchase, you will receive access details via e-mail.

Through the "My Account" section, you will be able to create and manage credentials and data access for four other colleagues, free of charge.
