Survey Questionnaires

Each questionnaire consists of an online input form for Policies and Practices and an Excel file for the individual data.

How to fill out the questionnaire:

Download the Excel file to your PC and save it in a directory of your choice. (Job descriptions in PDF can be downloaded from the 'Individual data' section in the online questionnaire).

1. Open the online questionnaire by clicking the link next to it.

2. Complete both the online questionnaire and the Excel file, and attach the completed Excel file to the questionnaire in the 'Individual data' section.

3. In the 'Send your data' section of the online questionnaire, mark the questionnaire as 'Final' and submit.

If you participated last year, both the Excel file and the online questionnaire will already contain the data you submitted previously so that you only need to update.
You can fill out the online questionnaire in multiple sessions by saving it.

Instructions for doing so are provided in the 'Send your data' section of the questionnaire.

Once you have marked a questionnaire as 'Final', you can no longer edit it and the data are permanently moved to the Waston Wyatt database.

The questionnaires will be added to your participation page.
